I am back!

Well I am back to my blog for those who have missed me. I have been MIA due to finding out I am.............................pregnant!! I am so happy and now that the morning sickness has passed I am back to my blog. I am a lot more updating to do but stay tunes tomorrow for my CVS deals and Christmas Shopping Plan!

This weeks CVS "Therapy"

Well leave it to CVS to come through with a pencial sharpener! Everywhere I went they have been out of stock!! Anyway, another week of great CVS therapy. I got everything in the above picture for $6.11 out of purse, spending $8.99 in ECB and receiving back $12.99 in ECBs!! Here's how I did it:

Colgate on sale for $2.99 used $1.50 off coupon and received $2 ECB

CoverGirl Wetslicks lipgloss $5.99 used $1 off coupon and received $5.99 ECB

Broadway Nails $4.99 each Buy 2 get $5 ECB

Pencial Sharpener $1.00

I also received my $3 off of $15 purchase!

I love CVS and they saved my back to school nightmare from getting worse!!

Well another beautiful Saturday!! What a way to end the summer and what a good day for freebies in the mail. I got the pictured today! The popcorn cakes are great, glad I got a coupon!!

Fun with Target Deals

While me favorite store for deals is hands down CVS, I have come to realize the deals are good at Target as well, if you have the time to sort the ads and coupons. Of course I make the time, a true shopping addict!

I was thrilled to get everything in the above picture for a mere $6.50! Here's how I did it!

Excedrin PM $4.29 used $2 off coupon

Glade Scented Oils holder and oil $4.14 used $4 off coupon!

Oust Spray $2.84 used coupon for COMPLETELY FREE!

Suave Shampoo and conditioner on sale for .89 cents each, used $1 off purchase of 2

2 Suave kids body wash $1.87 a piece used a Buy 1 get 1 free coupon

All laundry detergent (trial size) $1 used $1 off any All coupon!

What a great experience for my first time at working Targets deals! I will be returning!

More Fun in the Mail!

Well I had a busy week this week getting ready for Back to School, so this is a little late in posting. I got all of this in the mail last week:

• 2 samples of Gillette Mens Shampoo and $1 off coupon!
• Sample off All laundry detergent
• AND, a sampler pack from Kotex, containing 2 Panty liners, 2 Tampons, and $1 off coupon!

Sunday Therapy at CVS!

Well another beautiful August Sunday and another great week of CVS deals!!

I purchased everything in the above picture spending $3.62 out of purse, $8.00 in ECBs, and in return received my favorite coupon, $3 off purchase of $15 and $10.48 in ECBs!!

Here is how I did it:

2 VO5 @ .77 cents a piece

2 Revlon Eye Shadows at $4.49 each, they were on sale Buy 1 get 1 Free and I used a $2 off Revlon coupon

Kotex LightDays 16 count pantiliners, $1.49 used $1 off Kotex coupon and got back $1.49 ECB

Playtex Gentle Glide 18 count $4.99 used $1 off Playtex coupon and got $3 ECB

Zipfizz drink mix $5.99 got $5.99 EBC!

I used $3 off of $15 purchase and $8.00 EBC! Yeah what a great day!

So that was today, I would have bought more but I forgot some of my coupons so I will be returning again! Stay Tuned!!!!

Mid Week CVS Therapy

Well I was weeding through my coupons today and realized I had plently, who needs a better excuse for a CVS trip!!

I got everything in the above picture for $8.89 out of purse, I used $6.50 in ECBs and, (due to a computer glich) I received back $8.00 in ECBs and another $3 off $15 purchse!! Here's how I did it:

2 Glade Air Freshners at .88 a piece used a buy 1 get 1 free coupon

Dove Revitalizer $9.99 used $3.50 off coupon and received $3 in ECB

Maybeline Mascara $4.99 used $1 off coupon and got $2 ECB

Light Bulbs $2.19 (Emergency purchase)

Puffs Tissue .88

Sunsilk Shampoo and Conditioner $4.49 each on sale for Buy 1 get 1 free and used $1.50 off coupon

I also used a $3 off $15 purchase coupon which printed on my receipt from my last trip.

This was a good CVS trip made even sweeter because the register printed the ECB for the Dove Revitalizer twice resulting in the extra $3 ECB, I pointed it out to the cashier who said, "Keep it!"
What a great dose of therapy! Now I have even more for this upcoming week!

Another day, another dose of CVS "Therapy"

Well my post is late this week, we had another wedding in the family!! So I finally got to CVS today and was happy with what I got! Today I spent more than I ever have, but as you will see I bought 2 rather expensive things that I do not normally.

I got everything in the above picture for $21.55 out of purse, I spent $8.79 in ECBs and received back $12 ECB and another $3 off purchase of $15!! Like I said a rather expensive CVS experience, but good none the less.

I bought:

Crest Toothpaste for $1.99 used $1 off coupon and got $1 ECB

2 Glade Air Freshners .88 cents a piece used Buy 1 get 1 free coupon

Dove Skin Revitalizer $9.99 used $3.50 off coupon and got $3 ECB

Revlon Lash Fantasy Mascara $7.99 used $1 off coupon and got $5 ECB

Sunsilk Shampoo and Conditioner Buy 1 get 1 free used $1.50 off coupon

It would have been great if I stopped here but I had to add:

Book of Stamps $8.40 (something had to be mailed right away)

Raisin Bran Crunch $4.49 (I am SURE it was cheaper in the market, but I had a craving)

Push Pop $1.49 (not pictured, gobbled down by the 5 year old who earned it!)

Still it was another good CVS week and I have gotten my much needed dose of therapy and all is well!

Giving from my deals.....

Well this week was not the greatest at CVS, but other weeks have been wonderful. So much that I have created quite a little stock pile of products.
Well this morning certain stresses got to me and I needed to vent. I came up with this........

I gathered about 2 shoeboxes full of personal hygiene products for both adults and children and drove them to my local homeless shelter.

This did 2 positive things for me:

1. I was able to donate things that were needed and I had extra of.

2. I was able to release my stresses because of the rush I got from knowing I was helping someone else out.

I encourage you all, if you join me in some "retail thearpy" to please donate if you end up with a lot of extras. It will certainly give you a great feeling!

My weekly CVS "Therapy"

The deals at CVS this week were not as exciting as they usually are, neither are the August deals. But of course I stll managed to squeeze a trip in!

I got all of the above for $5.11 out of purse
I spent $12.00 in ECB and got back $6 ECB

Here is goes:

Advil PM 12 count (for my sleepless nights) $5.69 used $2.00 off coupon
CVS paer towels, we just needed .99

Not bad today could of been better, but I will be returning again so stayed tuned!!

Saturday Afternoon at CVS

Well today's CVS "therapy" was not as exciting as they usually are for me. The particular CVS that I went to was out of o few of the deals I wanted :(

They were out of Pert Plus, Dawn Dishsoap, and the Colgate toothpaste.

I was able to finish the deal on the Children's/Infant's Advil (August deals), as well as the Almay deal, with $1.00 off coupon!

I got everything in the picture, (the Pepsi was another of my addictions) for $3.21 out of purse, and I used $12 in extra bucks, however I received $12 back in ECB's yeah!! Now I can go back tomorrow! Tune in later for my plan for tomorrow! I love SHOPPING!
